Factory has a highly experienced and innovative R&D team of 20 people in product development and technical drawing. Capitalizing on our industry expertise, high-level professional competence, and internationally advanced R&D and production facilities, factory can accurately match the diversified needs of customers in a wide range of fields for both individual parts and complete products. We provide comprehensive and efficient services that cover the entire process, including drawing creation, design engineering, manufacturing, and post-production technology/sales support, following standardized workflow systems for each mechanical component.

In terms of production and quality control, factory continuously enhances quality management throughout the whole life cycle of products through IATF 16949 certification. With the integration of technologies, we optimize and improve product quality. Through a modern production facility with a quality control laboratory,  we perform static control on all products to assist in the production phase. Furthermore, our factory is a technological leader in the precision component manufacturing industry, with a tolerance of only 2.5 micrometers (0.0001") for metal components, catering to different material requirements, hardness, surface treatments, heat treatments, and plating specifications.
